COR Programs
COR Karate
Our job is to help towards one goal: the healthy development of young people in a non-violent environment. We believe the philosophy and training techniques of traditional Karate can achieve that reality. We use a structured Karate program as a preventative health practice for positively influencing the attitude of at-risk youth in order to decrease aggressive or self-destructive behavior. We provide the support to make that possible

Youth COR
The Youth COR is a martial arts leadership program designed to train adolescent males ages 14 to 18 who live in neighborhoods that experience high rates of crime and violence.
The six purposes of the Youth COR program are to teach self-discipline; to provide a structured environment; to improve physical and psychological health; to prepare for leadership roles; to offer a positive peer-network; and to minimize the risk for youth-violence.
